REMINDER: Mandatory Lasernet Core update required by 30th November |
With the summer holiday period now behind us and the 30th November 2026 deadline approaching, we would like to remind you of an important mandatory update affecting customers using Lasernet Core with Microsoft OneDrive, Outlook Mail or SharePoint modules.
Due to changes following our transition from Formpipe to Lasernet Group, the Microsoft Azure app registrations used by certain Lasernet Core modules have been updated.
As a result, customers using affected modules in Lasernet Core versions 8.0 to 10.12.1 must upgrade to Lasernet Core 10.13.3 and update their Lasernet Core configuration before the deadline.
This applies to customers whose Lasernet Core workflows use any of the following modules:
If a customer is using any of the affected modules listed above, they will need to upgrade to Lasernet Core 10.13.3. This applies whether they are currently using Lasernet 10 or a legacy version of Lasernet, including version 9 or earlier.
If the required update is not completed, affected Lasernet Core systems will stop working on 30th November 2026. |
What you need to do:
We encourage you to review your customer base and proactively identify any customers who may be affected.
Where applicable, please work with your customers to plan and complete the upgrade to Lasernet Core 10.13.3 in good time ahead of the deadline. After the upgrade, any affected modules must be reauthorised, tested and redeployed as part of the Lasernet Core configuration.
To help determine whether a customer environment is affected, our Knowledge Base article includes guidance on how to check for the relevant Microsoft Azure enterprise applications and confirm whether the Lasernet workflow currently uses any of the affected modules.
The reauthorisation and configuration process is a short task, with step-by-step guidance available here: Make Mandatory Configuration Updates Due to OneDrive, Outlook Mail, and SharePoint Module Changes.
With the deadline now getting closer, we recommend allowing sufficient time to complete the upgrade and test affected customer configurations ahead of 30th November. |
If additional assistance is needed, please contact the Lasernet Group support team by creating a ticket at support.lasernetgroup.com.
We appreciate your continued support in helping customers complete this update in good time and avoid disruption to their Lasernet Core services.
Kind regards, Lasernet Group |
