If you use the Mail Output (SMTP), you will have to add two JobInfos to ensure that it sends the attachments as PDF:

  1. Double click on your Mail Output module
     
  2. Click on Pre JobInfos
     
  3. Click Add

  4. Use the following configuration:


  5. Click the Criteria tab.

  6. Click Add
  7. Click OK

  8. Click OK

  9. Click Add

  10. Use the following configuration:

  11. Click the Criteria tab.

  12. Click Add

  13. Click OK

  14. Click OK

  15. Make sure to connect the Mail Output with the Pass-Through Destination selection module.

  16. Click Commit, write a note and click OK.

  17. Click Deploy, check the server, and click OK.
