If you use multiple email addresses (i.e., one per company in D365), you will need to configure it this way:

  1. Add multiple email outputs in the Developer. Make sure to configure them accordingly to the type of email output (Exchange, Mail Output, Outlook Mail). Name each of them, so it’s easy to distinguish to what company they belong

  2. Double click on the Pass-Through Destination Selection module

  3. Add all the Email-Out modules one by one with the following settings:
    • Destination: That’s the individual email modules created
    • JobInfo Criteria: Make sure that you add a JobInfo (MailFrom) and add the email address under Match and keep the Operator as =
