The Outlook Mail module allows for using the newer O365 accounts with modern authentication. It is limited to one email account per module, so if you have multiple companies, you will need multiple Outlook Mail modules in your configuration. 


*** Note***: The email account needs to be excluded from any form of two-factor authentication or MFA. Outlook Mail has a size limit of 4MB (cannot be changed)



Lasernet Server/Developer: 

  1. Open the Lasernet Launcher (found in the start menu).

    ***Important: When opening, right-click and Run as administrator***
     
  2. Open the Lasernet Developer and log in.

  3. Open the configuration you'd like to use.

  4. Click Modules (lower-left corner under Tools).

  5. Double click on the Outlook Mail module in the Developer window (far right).

  6. Go to the Setup tab, and click Obtain Authorization.

  7. Use the credentials for the email you want to use. Click Approve on popup at the end of the login process.

  8. Validate Display Name and Email is correct. Click OK.

  9. Click Commit, write a note and click OK.

  10. Click Deploy, check the server and click OK.


 

D365 Connector: 

  1. Log into your D365 environment.

  2. Go to Lasernet – Setup – Parameters.

  3. Add the email address you configured in the Developer to the Email Defaults section.

*** Note***: The email that you use in the Developer must match the email under the Lasernet – Setup – Parameters, or it will fail.
