Lasernet allows you to print via network-attached printers. 


Network print is the recommended way of configuring printing for Lasernet. The only requirements are that the print driver(s) is/are installed on the Lasernet Server and that the Lasernet Server can see the print server via the network.



Lasernet Server/Developer:

  1. Open the Lasernet Launcher (found in the start menu)

    ***Important: When opening, right-click and Run as administrator***
     
  2. Open the Lasernet Developer and log in.

  3. Open the configuration you'd like to use.

  4. Click Modules (lower-left corner under Tools)

  5. Go to the Object Box and click on Output.

  6. Find Printer Output and drag it out to the middle of the Developer window.

  7. Type the printer name under Name

  8. Go to the Setup tab, and click on the dropdown.

  9. Pick the desired printer from the list and click OK.

  10. Repeat steps 5-9 for each additional printer you would like to add to the Developer.

  11. Click Commit, write a note and click OK.

  12. Click Deploy, check the Lasernet server, and click OK.



D365 Connector:

  1. Log into your D365 environment.

  2. Go to Lasernet – Lists – Printers.

  3. Click Update Printers.

  4. Look for your new printer(s).

  5. Look in the Lasernet Monitor for potential errors.
